1. Find a session/pose you like below (if you cannot see on the website, try downloading the pdf above it) and check out the price of each available recording version.
2. Send me an email ([email protected]) requesting the recording: please note the session date & format you prefer!
3. Once I receive your request and payment (through the usual Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle (pay to 2067538887), and Apple Pay (pay to 2067538887)), then I'll send you the recording!

* $10 Zoom session link (small/grainier pose images, breaks & chat recordings)
* $20 YouTube link (better quality image, not breaks/chats & I can put it into a loops or link so that you don’t have to keep starting/stopping the video
* $30 raw video file transferred for your download (best quality and control of the pose)
